SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped out to anywhere in the world within 24 hours by Canada Post. They should be received within 5-7 days.
The cost of shipping and handling is included in the final price of the book. For shipping and handling outside of Canada and the United States, please ask for a quotation, especially on any overseas shipping by airmail.

BACKORDERS
We will contact you within 48 hours of the order placed to find the best resolution for your situation.


RETURNS
We will be happy to refund your money if your purchase arrives in a damaged state. Please get in touch with us within 14 days through the contact page and provide us with a proof of purchase. (The e-mail we send you as proof of purchase upon your initial payment). We will refund the cost of the book immediately but we are unable to refund shipping charges.

CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, cancellation of the order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.

Please shop with confidence because we offer a secure website for ordering. You can make payments using PayPal (e-Bay's payment processor) with multiple security systems in place, or you can pay by Visa or Mastercard and be assured that the same level of security checks will apply.

PRIVACY
We are the only people who will have access to any personal information you may leave with us. We secure your order in a secure customer data base and will only use it to notify you of new products, should you so wish. At no time is your information passed along to any other party. Credit card information is destroyed immediately upon completion of your order. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
